Online Enquiry is a web-based service which enables the customer that has subscribed for the service view transaction history of his/her account over a secured channel. An individual user can have as much as ten different accounts in his/her profile. For the Business User, the system can be customized to accommodate as many accounts as the Business operates in the Bank.
This service is view only. Users cannot edit the information displayed nor can they initiate transactions.
